Here is the best value option.

C Church January 28, 2016

I found that this product stays cool even under heavy load. I used 0 gauge wire, but had trouble fitting it all on the hot or ground connection. It can handle a max of 5000 at 1 ohm, with an RMS around 3000. It's no joke in terms of performance for the price.

In a specially designed ported enclosure, the bass sounds fantastic, with notes reaching as low as 20hz.

Zoey Bowers January 3, 2016

I own a 12" audiophonics digital max sub rated for 2000 watts wired to 2 ohms in a custom slot-ported box. The amp performs excellently, handling low 20Hz notes with ease. It's a powerful amp for its price. I plan to pair it with a sundown or similar subwoofer in the future.

An amp under $300 really impressed me.

M Burns August 1, 2018

I purchased this amp along with matching subs for my Dodge Magnum. The amp is rated at 3000 watts but likely delivers 1500-2000 watts RMS. It produces strong bass, though I haven't tested it yet. Despite not being a top-tier brand like Memphis or JL Audio, it performs well for its budget price of under $300. I would consider buying another one.

The absolute worst AMP.

B Weaver June 13, 2019

This AMP I bought only lasted about 2 months before it started making cracking noises through the speakers. I thought it was a blown speaker, but even after replacing it, the issue persisted. The tech support was unhelpful. The advertised 1500 watts output turned out to be only about 160 watts at 2 ohms, and it wasn't clean. I regret buying this cheap AMP from BOSS.

All the lights are on and it seems to be functioning, but there is no sound coming from the speaker outputs.

Henry Shepherd June 27, 2017

I bought an amp for my car but it stopped working after playing only 2 songs. The soldering job was terrible, and the outputs were burned. Boss agreed to repair it under warranty, but the quality control seems poor. I ordered a second amp, but it was also defective. Avoid buying from Boss.

Avoid purchasing solely based on the lowest price.

L Hamilton April 15, 2019

I didn't like this product at all. It stopped working after just two days and about 15 songs. The only good thing was the lights. It didn't overheat because it didn't work properly. The bass was good for a short time. Overall, it's not worth the money. Save up for a better amp instead.

Customer service is terrible.

L Johnson May 21, 2019

I purchased this amp in June 2018, but it malfunctioned in July 2018. After multiple emails, I received a refurbished unit under warranty, but had to cover shipping costs. The refurbished unit lasted 6 months before failing again. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received a response after 2 weeks. The red LEDs on the amp remained on, showcasing good craftsmanship, but overall, the quality of the parts seems lacking. The sound when it worked was great, but the customer service experience was disappointing.

Avoid purchasing this terrible product.

Thea Hill July 15, 2016

I connected it to a 10-inch Kicker subwoofer and it worked well initially. However, after a month, it stopped playing sound even though it still turns on. I checked all connections and fuses but couldn't fix it. When I tried my old amp, it worked perfectly. I am very disappointed with this product.
