I really like this Wimpy action figure, he is super adorable!!! The details are really great and he's exactly as I remember him from the cartoons when I was just a lil tot. The box/packaging is right where I would expect it to be, not too cheap, not too over the top. Perfect for anyone who collects action figures like I do; this would also make a great gift!!
Castor Oyl is my second favorite character from Popeye and I knew I had to have this action figure! The box is gorgeous (fancy enough that you can give this as a gift and be proud!) and the packaging is great. What I love best is that he comes with 3 different interchangeable hats, super cute! I am def proud to have this in my collection sitting on the mantle in my computer room.
Ended up being larger in size than I thought it would be. Packaging is nice and colorful for keeping on display. Comes with two extra sets of hands to change out on if so desired. Painting detail is nice and clean and neat on figure. Looks of high quality. Great for fans of older cartoon characters, or figurine collectors. Nice line of characters in set to collect.
Mine came damaged but I suspect it happened during shipping because it looks as if something heavy was put on top of my package thus cracking the semi hard plastic film/wrap that covers the box. The Sea Hag was always my second favorite character on Popeye (aside from Olive Oil of course) and I am super geeked to add her to my collection. As a gift, I would say it hits the mark!
Castor Oyl is a terrific addition to the Popeye collectible collection by Boss Fight Studio. He comes with Whiffle Hen and Eugene the Jeep. Whiffle can sit on his left arm! I was, admittedly oddly, hoping Eugene would sit on his head via magnet like Castor's hats, but no such luck. lol His left hand rotates (the one pointing) but his right doesn't. He's well designed and articulated and I highly recommend him for any Popeye lovers in your life. Our shipping hub is rough with packages, so if yours also is and you want this as a collector's piece, I suggest picking it up in your local store.
When I was growing up I always watched Popeye and Here is Bluto as toy a good item to add to the collection of wanted memories of television. It is really well made with excellent features to enjoy
glue pipe before it gets lost♡ Very cute pipe, but tiny and lost easily.. we absolutely love all Popeye charactors are exactly like cartoons !!!! Love them all....... Huge Popeye fans....
Item is great. It's a classic! It came in a nice box. Lots of bubble wrap to keep it nice and safe. A great collectible.
