I love the chair. It came in for store pick up fast and no parts were broken. I recently ordered from Amazon which was not such a pleasant experience so I was scared to order the item again but I'm glad everything worked out!! Will order from Walmart again

I RARELY write reviews, but this is an EXCEPTIONAL chair -- the ONLY chair I have ever sat in for 8 hours without ANY back pain or discomfort. This chair is literally a dream - lumbar support right where I need it; sturdy construction and an overall breath of fresh air for someone who wiggles and writhes in every other chair ever owned. I bought this chair on 8/7/2018 and here I am two years later looking up my order with the hopes of buying a second one for another room. Do yourself a favor - BUY THIS CHAIR! You won't regret it - and your back with thank you!

We have a large counter height shared office space that we use this chair for and it works great!

The chair is the answer to my back and bottom pain! All gone now! I use 8 hours a day as a teleworker.

Nice chair so far. Seems more reliable then others i have purchased.

I think I will love the chair but a small plastic part that connects the seat and the back of the chair arrived broken. This was not broken in transit. This was a piece that a child of four could/would have noticed was broken before the box was closed. The part is thin and narrow and I am not sure it will hold up so I would return if I hadn't bought the extra warranty. The part could easily be reinforced before or after the manufacturing so don't understand why Boss would rather send an entire back of the chair instead of redesigning or reinforcing this badly designed area.

Would have gotten a great review except I received 2 left arms. Called the company and they had me email them a copy of my invoice and what part I needed. Still waiting to hear back from them.
