I have purchased 2 of this gest chairs the first one was 1 inch off align making it very difficult to screw on the last 2 bults, a huge slash off 2 stars leaving 3 star raiting on that one. This one was perfectly align. the only thing on this one was the back panel would make "popping" sound when leaning on it. overall still 5 out of 5 start for this one.

I ordered these chairs to put in an office for customer seating. They look nice for the price. They were easy to assemble. All of the hardware was there. Note: The instructions say that the hardware is under the flap of the seat. I was looking for a little plastic bag and couldn't find it. The hardware is already screwed into the bottom. Maybe this note will save someone some time and trouble.

We bought 2 for our front office. They seem sturdy and comfortable for the occasional use they get. We're happy with them so far.

Bought 6 of these chairs for reception seating in my salon. The chairs are good quality and up date the look of my salon. My customers are happy too. Chairs had to be assembled as expected. Bag marked screws was empty in all 6 boxes. Found screws screwed in bottom of chairs after long period of time searching.

I thought I was having a cheap deal but they were so bad that I could not assemble any chair.
