I had to purchase 2 of these chairs before getting one that would assemble properly. The drilled holes on first chair bottom weren't aligned with the lever assembly's holes. So out of 4 bolts, one bolt would not screw in. After calling the chair manufacturer, and on their advice, I purchased a second chair that did not have this problem. The manufacturer said they had heard of this problem before and assured me the next chair would probably be okay. It is, and I am very happy I have a comfortable chair at my computer desk! The arms are also padded which I did not read in the chair's online description.

Seating position is very good, adjustable to your needs. Very good design and looks like expensive chair. Used as computer desk chair. Could use a bit more back support (Lumbar), but still a great chair for the price. It looked and felt better than chairs costing twice as much.

I found 2 office task chairs online for a reasonable price. I took a chance and ordered them for the 1st time from Hayneedle.com They were easy to put together and seem to be of good quality. I wish they stated if they are warranted or not, though. The true test will be if they last for years under moderate office use.

I've been wanting a chair that extends in reasonable height and looks nice and is comfortable and simple. This chair is great! Met my expectations.:)

Easy as pie to put together. Nothing to it. Push in the castors, push in the base, screw in the plate that holds the back and seat together. Very easy for a child to put together--it's just that simple! I got two armless chairs--one for sewing / quilting, and the other for the computer. I've very happy with how firm they are to sit in and rest my back against. It feels good to my body. I really prefer Hayneedle over all the others when it comes to their products and service. So far, I haven't been disappointed with them.

made well. good support. rolls well on chair mat. side arms good position. one downside. for whatever reason and for which I can find no logic...the design on sides of arms which fully surrounds the arms has 3 rows of very sharps lines. These lines cut into the sides of my arms. Dunno. Should that not be the case, this would seriously be a 5 star. I'm going to have to design a Velcro padding of my own to attach to help save my forearms.

The first time I ordered this chair it was damaged so I brought it back. The second time I ordered the chair it too came damaged so I called the company to receive a replacement part. The replacement part was not what I requested and that too came damaged. I had this exact chair for about 5 years so when the vinyl wore out I shopped around for its replacement because it is very comfortable and has adjustable arms. I will try one more time to order it, if that too comes damaged I will look for a different chair.

This chair is very comfortable and looks great. It is a little small but a good buy for the money. and it doesnt take up as much space as the old chair.
