Me and my children use this chair daily. It really helps to wind down after work and school. Helps so much with muscle aches and pains and every day stress and tension. Great product , great price!

So far it works really well we use it every day family of three. The heat doesn't work on it, but we really don't care about the heat. I had one of these when I lived in Korea and I paid $3000 for it so this is the same exact thing but it was only 500.

Delivered very quick for such a large item. Was told by the recipient that the delivery person was super friendly, and helped them through the entire process of getting it placed in the house. Joked about coming back to help them use it. Great chair, and very nice delivery person, that my parents really enjoyed welcoming into their home. They said they might have made a new friend. Thank you very much for such a neat and stress free delivery for a great product!

Once it arrived, it was easy to put together. I did put it together under my carport because I just wanted to make sure it worked as advertised before I hauled it up the steps into my home. You must have 30 inches of door clearance! I did have to take my storm door off the control arm because the arm holder stuck out too far from the door frame. Anytime you make a change in any of the settings while in operation, it takes you out of zero gravity mode to initiate. You can't stop that by pressing the recline button and holding it until you get back in your position you want. The Bluetooth speakers are kind of teeny, great for audiobooks and music without bass/base. If you have skinny extremities, then the pneumatic squeeze is comfortable, but if you are on the fluffier side, it can get quite uncomfortable on the legs and forearms like a blood pressure cuff that pumps up to high. I have not found a way to turn this off on any of the modes. There's bends to show that you can decrease it, but I still didn't notice that it decreased that much, if at all. Now the tracking was sketchy, it showed that it was at DFW international airport and never left. The tracking showed it was coming early and then it just showed that it was delayed. I did reach out to contact the seller by phone and the number just goes straight to a busy signal after a short. I talked with Walmart a couple of times, and eventually the seller replied And my recliner showed up even though it still showed it was at DFW international airport This was on sale and I did get the extended warranty that Walmart offers. Then a seller added an additional three-year warranty on top of the manufacture warranty because of my troubles, so now I guess I have an additional seven years of warranty combined? Anyway, the massage recliner is a hit when friends and family are visiting. I do enjoy it as well and it is easy to get in and out of!

Overall, this has is a good chair. My family utilizes it 2-3 times daily from 15-30 minutes each session. We were hoping for more pressure or a way to adjust pressure. I have to push myself against the rollers to get more pressure out of the chair. In addition, I was unsure as to why there is a foot pad and a back cushion. I have to remove them when I use the chair so I can feel the rollers.

Horrible customer service. Purchased 2 of these chairs and within a 3 weeks I started having issues with the chair. Walmart told me to contact them for a return so I did and they stated I couldn't return because I was 4 days past there 30 day return window. Do not buy these if you have any issues with them after the 30 days your just out of luck. I also thought I was buying from walmart.com not a third party seller.
