BOSSCARE Massage Chair Zero Gravity Full Body with Airbag Massage Brown

I'm super happy with this purchase. I've had chronic back discomfort for many years now, and tried foam rollers, inversion tables, all sorts of portable shiatsu products. This massage chair takes the cake. I use this every day and regret not getting one sooner. The relief this provides me is invaluable. If you're on the fence about getting one.. just do it.

Have not received my BOSSCARE Massage Chair. order %23 2000128-51221011 ordered 01/10/2025

The item was delivered out of the delivery date it was weeks before they can track the item, walmart contact the Bosscare, we contact the bosscare. Then we decided to return item because we found a better one. We contact walmart, walmart contact the Bosscare team. They did not respond until we call them directly. We complied with their requirement. They want the item in the box and take picture. We did, now we have to wait until the end of chinese new year before they can pick up the item. Very hard to return this item. NOTE: save the box when you buy or better yet buy another brand. This is just my experience a very bad experience from the beginning till return. I wasn't going to write a review but its already feb and we are still waiting. They don't inform you of an update, it's us calling them every time.
