My husband uses it every morning and evening, and sometimes midday. Also, since we have occasional power outages, we don't leave it plugged in 24/7, and when the power comes back on, we make sure it doesn't get damaged in any way.

During the first month I had some electrical component issues, but the customer service team was quick to resolve them and they were excellent! My spouse and I use it every day and it gets a lot of use whenever we entertain at home because it's so beautiful and everyone wants to give it a spin.

I wanted a massage chair because I had sat in one once before at a local home show. The prices at the show were ridiculously high. It has the features I wanted and the price was in the range I wanted.The SL track is great for covering the hip and buttock area. The zero gravity stretch mode is great. Just FYI.

Great massage, reasonable price, and I didn't even have to go to the local shopping center. This chair provides a great massage and also allows you to customize the massage settings. I've only had it for a week and can't say anything about its durability yet, but it's been a great week. I look forward to continuing to enjoy this chair for years to come.

This is our second massage chair, the original one had broken. The massage in this massage chair is much improved. The massage chair was a Christmas gift from my wife. We both use the new massage chair every day. The shipping company delivered earlier than expected and we are very happy with our new massage chair and highly recommend it.

I went to a retail store and tried out various chairs, most of which were more expensive. I'm glad I got it! I would actually rate it 4.5 stars, but I don't mind rounding up. You can read other reviews for pros and cons. Most of the reviews are very accurate.

I always leave a review whether the product is value for money or not. My job is physically demanding and that has been the case for almost my entire career. I placed my order and they shipped it the next day. The chairs were shipped to my house much faster than the initial ship date, which was a huge plus for me because I desperately needed something like this.

My husband found the space to be a bit narrow for his size and my husband is 5.2 feet 9 inches tall. But he still enjoys it if only for massage purposes, he connected his phone to the massage chair and now he has fallen asleep to his favorite music. I read that others received two packages and we only received one. I don't know what the second package is for, we haven't received it yet. In any case, if this is only one package, I think we've got it all in the box.

pain to assemble. nothing in paper instruction manual about putting leg rest together with main unit. nothing in manual about how to connect heat, when contact cust svc, get some info but not enough. must zipper chair leather onto it. do not recommend. horrible.
