With this school year being mostly online because of the pandemic, I have been through many, and I do mean many, pencil sharpeners for the small ones. They are either flimsy, open extremely easy, or break quickly. This one did none of these. It is shaped perfectly for small and large hands. It doesn't open easily so there are no accidental messes to clean up. It's a nice clear plastic so you can tell how full it's getting. I really like it and so does my daughter.

This is a cool little pencil sharpener to keep in the drawer! I was surprised how tiny it is when receiving it but honestly its perfect! Seems to work really well! The ratcheting action makes it a breeze for anyone to use! Super easy to open up to dump out the clippings! Not much else to say! Works great and nice to have a few laying around, especially if you have multiple little "artist" in your house like we do! Great buy!

My son used this sharpener to make all his colored pencils “double sided”. It definitely did the job! Great little item to have handy and small enough to fit almost anywhere.

I really like this pencil sharpener. It worked well on painted pencils, wrapped pencils, and colored pencils. The adjustable sharpness selector is east to use. I also love that the sharpener is only one piece. It made it very easy to clean without getting my hands dirty.

I received this bostitch twist-n-sharp manual pencil sharpener in a blue color. My boys have used it multiple times and really like it. It is easy to use. It has two settings for how sharp the tip of the pencil will get. There is an easy to open little door that you pull open to empty the shavings from having sharpened the pencils.

I work in a middle school & the kids are ALWAYS sharpening their pencils super sharp which in return breaks the second they start using it or leaves lead dust because it was just too sharp! This solves that problem!! I don't care for an overly sharpened pencil & this lets me sharpen it with a semi flat top! My son now wants a sharpener like this in his back pack because he's always breaking his lead after it's pointy sharp! I wasn't too sure how to open it to dump out but turns out that was easy too after spilling it all over myself it's as simple as just pulling down the lip on the side! That's a neat feature too!

Really nice pencil sharpener. I like the fact that it adjusts to various pencil thickness. It is easy to empty. The opening is on the side and stays attached so it won't get lost. The bright color makes it so easy to find in the pencil case. I highly recommend this product.

This is a nice pencil sharpener. I got the bright pink one and it sharpened my pencil to a nice sharp point without splintering the wood right out of the package. I have had other sharpeners that keep breaking the wood and have to sharpen and sharpen and sharpen until tip is usable...often shortening the pencil significantly. There is also an adjustment to avoid over sharpening or leaving tip more blunt. Love it! Best hand sharpener I have used.

This really is a great idea for small children. First of all sharp pencils can be dangerous but they also tend to break much quicker when children press down too hard while writing or drawing. Sharp pencils make holes in paper and also tend to break while being sharpened. Being able to switch between sharp and blunt is great. Sometimes we do need a sharp pencil but not always and with the flip of a switch you can have either.

Its a cool pencil sharpener!!! Love the neon blue transparent color and it has a very stylish design. They have several nice colors to pick from. Love the lock and unlock it has to prevent accidentil pencil shavings all over the floor!! I hate finding pencil shavings everywhere. Really liked this pencil sharpener. The thing I disliked was, at fist I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to open and close it. Then when I tried to open it, it was very hard to open, it was stuck or something. It did get better the more times I use it. It sharpens smooth and nice, clean cut. It is an easy twist sharpening.
