I rationed this... I found that I was putting it in sooooo much stuff! From sweet to savory to spicy. Spicy being I toned down some curry with it and yet...kicked it up but in a really tasty way. It has gone into frostings, puddings, whipped topping, loaves of bread, and sprinkled on top for sweetbreads. I've used it in sauces and jams. It is by far the most versatile spice palette of taste to cover all playing fields that I have found in a long time. I am finally out of it and am here to order a lot more of it.
