I made Fermented Gingerbread Cookies this year, started my Lager Dough in October for cookies I would bake in December. I decided to use a great gingerbread blend and I kept coming back to Muster Day. It did not disappoint! The cookies were a huge success in gift boxes (and family snacking). The spice blend smells so heavenly. Very impressed with Boston Spice-- Muster Day was my first order (I just ordered again this morning).
I purchased this blend for no particular use, but only because I enjoy gingerbread. I sprinkled a bit to my morning smoothie and later added it to homemade hot cocoa. Tasted like Christmas in August. Excellent quality, freshness and flavour. Highly recommend.
This blend is really good. Fresh and strong. So happy I discovered Boston Spice. Steven has been really great. I appreciate the personal approach and customer care.
