Feeling better with Black Seed Oil.
If you keep a daily log of how you feel, you may notice an uptick in areas the Black Seed Oil affects. If you run out of Black Seed Oil, you may notice a down turn in the systems the Black Seed Oil was helping.

Black seed oil did not agree with me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking black seed oil I became constipated. I took it for about two weeks to see it the problem would resolve itself, but it did not. I also noticed that I became very sluggish.

I ordered. this as it said it is 1000mg %2660 pills. Problem is they are only 500mg ?
