I have used Colon Clear for a long time it works great. I have always had a problem with having bowel movements. I feel it is an inherited problem on my Dads side. Bout taking colon clear on a regular basis helps me become regular daily.

These produce the desired results quickly and reliably. They are much gentler than pure psyllium. I always grab an extra bottle when on sale so I don't run out.

I have been taking colon clear for quite a few years to keep me "regular". Without it, I have terrible constipation due to a very limited diet and some internal issues. I have tried other products but they didn't work nearly as well.
