If you can afford this and try it you'll find that it is worth every penny. I am very happy with the way it helps w breathe better. Still have to take your meds along with this so don't forget.

very little improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I probably will not buy again, because I don't like having to take 3 capsules at one time and I don't like that it has magnesium stearate in it. I didn't feel much improvement in my breathing.
