It keeps me going strong. I rated the mushrooms, but mushrooms are always helpful to humans. stuff is , in addition, as well as sometimes needed by people to be at optimum level and this stuff fits the bill.

I have used this product for many years, and am very pleased with it. I am 72 years old and it gives me energy to keep up with my 6 year old great grandson!

I have been taking thyroid complex for 5 years now. It has absolutely saved my life.
