Easy to swallow
Easy to swallow vitamins with or without liquid. I can't answer about the taste because I swallowed it.

Highly recommended
I have been using this product for about two years, and I won't switch to any other brand. It contains the triple magnesium that meets our daily needs and is produced by a reputable company.
