I had been buying Botanic Hearth Biotin Shampoo %26 Conditioner sets, but it was not available when I wanted to reorder. I tried this set of Argan but did not like it as well. It's better than many I have used over the years, but I prefer the Biotin.

I liked it. But honestly, I expected more. My hair felt heavy after using the shampoo, but the conditioner really saved the wash.

I received product was damaged

This is repackaged in a cheap bottle and label. They say they are a distributor. The picture provided looks nothing like what you receive. The label is barely water proof. For the price it's not worth it too expensive for a knockoff product. There are many companies doing this with this product. It's like they don't want you to know who the real manufacturer of the product is so you could go directly to them. Very disappointed.

When this arrived, one of the bottles had leaked. It's a good thing they were shrink wrapped together so as not to dampen the box. One of the pumps won't release and open. I haven't actually used the product yet but just opening the box was not a good way to start.

It came with the lid broken and a quarter of the bottle of conditioner spilled. The bottles were smaller than expected. And with not being able to just return it at the store, it's not worth the hassle. More than likely wont be ordering again.

The conditioner pump doesn't work. The shampoo doesn't lather. My hair just hangs instead of having body.
