I’ve been using this bottom load water dispenser for a few weeks now, and it has made a huge difference in convenience. Not having to lift heavy water bottles anymore is a game changer. Just slide the bottle into the bottom compartment, and you’re good to go. The hot and cold water functions work quickly, and the temperature is just right for both coffee and cold drinks. It’s also surprisingly quiet and fits nicely in my kitchen without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s a practical and user-friendly appliance that I’d definitely recommend.

I was skeptical about spending this much money on a water dispenser but it’s been great so far. We’ve had it about a month.

Product arrived quickly and in good condition. It has simple instructions on the dispenser itself on how to start up. It comes with manual as well. Only issue is that the door doesn’t shut or stay shut. It keeps opening.

I like this a lot it's easy to fill with the bottom pump. a couple of things to make it easy to use is make it so you can see where the spouts are for the cold the neutral in the hot you have to lean down to see where you're pouring and also where the tray is it's not deep enough and there's not enough space so you can put your glass there to fill it up.

Not much time with it but so far so good. Follow setup instructions and you should be able to avoid any issues. Don't use it for the first %2324 hrs. Run it with diluted vinegar water when first starting. Has a horrible chemical taste from manufacturing more than likely. This is where I regret the purchase, it is it unfair to hope that it comes ready to use from the factory?

Very noisy! The old one that I had of a different brand was able to stay in my dining room without any disturbance. This one, however, will have to be moved because it is so loud. The stem going into the water bottle is plastic therefore difficult to get it to reach the bottom without maximum effort.

We purchased two water dispensers from Walmart online for our church, and while the shipping was timely, our overall experience was disappointing. One unit arrived with a significant dent on the back and grill, suggesting damage during handling or shipping. The second unit had a leak coming from the top water reservoir, making it unusable. Unfortunately, both issues forced us to return the dispensers on the very day of our church program, which caused considerable inconvenience. We had hoped for reliable products, especially given the importance of the event. Based on this experience, we would recommend better quality control and packaging to prevent such problems in the future.

This water cooler does work, with the exception of blinking red light that never went off. It has blinked continuously since purchase. I don’t know if it’s a defect, but nonetheless annoying. The unit is very loud. Also tall “13” do not fit completely under spout. The user is left leaning over, while holding container and pushing buttons. Purchased through Walmart and attempted to return, however, they wouldn’t issue refund. They told me to contact Walmart by phone. Definitely not purchase again or recommend it to anyone who may be thinking of purchasing this dispenser. Now I’m stuck with a product that I will not use.

Stars given is due to seller not responding back to me after reaching out to ask if the cold water should be room temperature instead of refrigerant cold. I never received a reply. The machine itself is good quality and looks nice. The cold water is room temperature only. It does not get cold at all.

Will be returning. LEAKS TERRIBLY. Please read other reviews. This thing is absolutely not worth the hassle. It leaks very very very excessively. Not a drop here and there, PUDDLES!
