This machine is great i have hot enough water to make my tea and instant coffee the cold water is nice and cold for hot days and days you are working outside on the yard or what not, the fact that it can take 3-5 gallon water bottles is great too for when the store runs out and you have to go somewhere else.

It is definitely a game changer and takes up less space in the home... You can choose between, hot, room temperature and cold water. Also, we are not using plastic as much... I know in the pic it shows some red cups, but they will be replaced with our own individual cups or bottles so we will not be contributing as much to the landfills. Downside - Walmart does not deliver the water refills whenever you order them to be delivered.

The bottom load is excellent, can either use a 3 gallon or 6 gallon, the insert hose that goes into the bottle is adjustable, I am 69 that would be good as get older, the push button makes it simple and the hot water safety feature is great for grandkids

This dispenser works really well. It does not make enough noise for us to notice and the bottom dispenser is very easy and even my kids can connect it. It tells you when it's out of water and is ultimately pretty easy to use. Highly recommend!

very easy setup, it's so great we don't have to lift the bottle of water! separate switches for hot and cold, so you can turn it off if you don't use it! it doesn't take up much space %26 cord is long.

delivered an open package, upside-down, and damaged..... the delivered person dropped it, and destroyed it. I need to pay from my own pocket to deliver it to Walmart for the return!
