Good quality, but--
I prefer this cut, but it is never in stock anymore. They keep substituing milanesia, which is lower quality and inconsistent cut. Also it is only 7 slices, not 8 as stated on the website.

Sabana de res, thin just right for my dinner, Very convenient, season with your favorite seasonings. Goes well with salad, with salsa, guacamole.

nice cut of beef
I like this cut of beef because I can make beef fajitas, stir-fry beef, stew with baby peas and potatoes. The cut of beef is absolutely nice and tender. I wish it was more readily available.

Great for stir fry.
Basic steaks to have in the fridge. Slice them thin for stir fry or fajitas. I like to marinade them in Worcestershire sauce.

This was terrible ! I
Meat was cut so thin that when you cooked it ,it shrunk up in a roll. I took as a substitute for chopped steak . it was so bad I had to throw most of it in the trash and it cost more than the chopped steak. If I could have got a better look at it I would have never said yes.
