I buy this beef stir fry often. The beef is cut thin and quick to cook. I fry up onion and peppers in a little oil, add some beef gravy to coat the veggies. Then I lay hese strips over and cook for two or three minutes ... turn them over and cook another minute or two. The strips are cooked through and tender. I serve over rice.

This specific packaging of the meat is helpful when we make Mexican tacos, as it's easier to cut up into smaller pieces. The full pieces of bottom round are not as convenient, so this "stir fry" style with them already in strips is super handy to finish cutting into the taco-sized bites.

You should try it! It's super good choice for my healthy diet! Good protein source and the taste is delicious! The cooking takes only 15 min. 5 min to place it on the tray, sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning, some salt and pepper, truffle olive oil. Then bake it in the oven for roughly 10 min 400F. It's super easy because slices are thin and delicious because of the wonderful quality. There was only one time when it was not fresh (I got a refund), and guys, it's easy to check. Just look at the color - it should be bright red. Some brown parts are a sign that you need to use the meat now, and if there is a lot of brown - better to throw it away. The slices are good to use in sandwiches, wraps, and basically for everything. I recommend combining them with truffle olive oil, Parmesan, and some cherry tomatoes as a side.

These little steaks are perfect for stir fry, but I also love them for slow cooker beef and broccoli. It's a time saving convenience to not have to chop/ slice the beef for quick and easy dishes. It is tender when cooked properly. It is great in salads and as a snack.

Richie's Italian pepper steak recipe. Use 2 packs of Bottom Round for Stir Fry, Choice Angus Beef, Tray, Fresh, 0.75 - 1.2 lb drizzle a little oil olive in deep pot, brown the beef . Add in 6 chopped red bell peppers, mince 1/2 white onion, stir all ingredients. Season with a pinch of red pepper flakes. Now add in the secret ingredient one can 28 ounces of Hunt tomato sauce. Still good and "place lid on pot" and let simmer for 1 hour on very low flame. Stir occasionally until all ingredients are tenderized. After boil success minute rice in bag place rice on plate and smother it with the tender Angus beef strip and peppers mixture. Melts in your mouth delicious!

When we found out Walmart sells beef already sliced for stir fry, it made this mama's already chaotic Saturday just a little easier! Beef and Broccoli stir fry was whipped together in no time. No freezing the steak ahead of time so I could get just right if a thickness when I sliced it. Slicing already done for me! Just patted it, seasoned and tossed it into the wok. Thank goodness, too! You save a step and makes dinner night easier!

I love beef and broccoli stir fry! This steak was great for stir fry and the meat was very tender! I bought the Walmart brand frozen broccoli and stir fry sauce. It was so easy to make and I served it over brown rice. I prefer brown rice because it doesn't get sticky like white. It is healthier and has a delicious flavor!

This tasted just okay, it was tough but I didn't velvet the meat first. The low review is the amount of water that came out during cooking. I get it...you don't want meat drying out in the package but one pound of meat produced about 4 tbs of water. Water is not ideal for stir frys.

The meat is “Stir Fry” and “beef round” which is quite confusing because beef round is tender when slow cooked . Cooking it in high heat it becomes tough — like stir fry. You'll have to tenderize the beef . And cut against the grain for max tenderness.

I purchase this item a lot however I wouldn't recommend having it delivered because they do not pay attention to quality the meat was super fatty and didn't look the greatest. I really don't think that they pay attention to quality when they're putting delivery orders together
