Bottom Round for Stir Fry, Choice Angus Beef, Tray, Fresh, 0.75 - 1.35 lb

I thought I just did this. I mean I said it's better than the froze on you but if only allow us it is what it is a little better I mean obviously you're Purdue Tyson and butterball all of that's like way. Good you know, but it's not too much different honestly.

I wanted to use those beef for the stir-fry noodle dish. I order them online for a pickup. It was more expensive than I thought (more than what they said in the website, probably due to more weight). However, the quality was pretty good and it saved money to prepare and cook my dish. I loved the convenience. It was fresh, and really good quality beef. I would highly recommend it if you like faster and easer cooking and a good quality beef,

You should try it! It's super good choice for my healthy diet! Good protein source and the taste is delicious! The cooking takes only 15 min. 5 min to place it on the tray, sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning, some salt and pepper, truffle olive oil. Then bake it in the oven for roughly 10 min 400F. It's super easy because slices are thin and delicious because of the wonderful quality. There was only one time when it was not fresh (I got a refund), and guys, it's easy to check. Just look at the color - it should be bright red. Some brown parts are a sign that you need to use the meat now, and if there is a lot of brown - better to throw it away. The slices are good to use in sandwiches, wraps, and basically for everything. I recommend combining them with truffle olive oil, Parmesan, and some cherry tomatoes as a side.

These are absolutely perfect for making a beef and broccoli over rice. I would fry it up with a top on the pan...less tough that way. The whole fam enjoys them. Kids love it. The quality is fantastic for around $10 and everyone gets a big portion (coming from a family of 4). Have bought many times and will continue to.

When we found out Walmart sells beef already sliced for stir fry, it made this mama's already chaotic Saturday just a little easier! Beef and Broccoli stir fry was whipped together in no time. No freezing the steak ahead of time so I could get just right if a thickness when I sliced it. Slicing already done for me! Just patted it, seasoned and tossed it into the wok. Thank goodness, too! You save a step and makes dinner night easier!

I used this to make Beef and Broccoli instead of buying the premade frozen bags that we had been. The fact that these strips were already cut up for me made the whole process a trillion times easier. I have even ordered them a second time because the meal came out that well with lottle effort. These strips will now be a staple in my house. Quick meals with quality protein is something I am all for with being disabled. Not having the ability to stand for long or just be around a heat source for too long makes these great to for a whole sit down meal with the family or a snack if you just need something quick for yourself as a pick-me-up. You could probably make them pair will with mashed potatoes and corn too. I am probably just hungry and should stop writing this review that is more a ramble and doesnt make sense. Apologies. But for real, the steak strips make dinner (or any meal i guess) super quick and easy since they're already cut nice and thin for you. Enjoy when you cave and grab them yourself!

So I'll be honest, I've tried to make stir fry with this multiple times and it's never great. Bottom round is just meant for low and slow cooking methods, not fast cooking. That said, it's also not any more expensive than bottom round that hasn't been sliced, which makes it great for beef jerky. Marinade it for a day then dehydrate it for 6 hours or so and you've got a great beef jerky.

Normally I purchase meat i cut up myself as its usually saves a little money but I decided to try this for a beef and noodle stir fry dish my family likes. It is bottom round which has good flavor, very little fat and can be tough if not cooked right. I did velvetize these strips to make it more authentic. End results were delicious. Tender with good taste and texture and didnt break the bank like ordering take out.

The meat is “Stir Fry” and “beef round” which is quite confusing because beef round is tender when slow cooked . Cooking it in high heat it becomes tough — like stir fry. You'll have to tenderize the beef . And cut against the grain for max tenderness.

I purchase this item a lot however I wouldn't recommend having it delivered because they do not pay attention to quality the meat was super fatty and didn't look the greatest. I really don't think that they pay attention to quality when they're putting delivery orders together
