It is a nice trampoline box was tore up very heavy but every thing was there. After shopping for them it is way better then I thought we were going to get. Thanks.

My kids absolutely love their trampoline!! They spend hours a day outside playing on it, weather permitting. From learning new tricks to tea parties with friends. Great product.

Exactly what we expected kids enjoy it!!!

The instructions with this were so-so. This is the first trampoline we have ever assembled. We initially had the enclosure part inside out and had to back track to fix it. We also discovered that of the 6 top poles, only 3 had the holes for the basketball hoop poles. Fortunately we had accidentally happened to have those poles where we wanted them anyway, so we didn't have to go back to fix that. We put the basketball hoop on the opposite side of the product picture, so the kids wouldn't throw the basketball into the neighbor's yard. Took us about 4 hours total, including fixing our mistakes. The enclosure part took the longest, by far. I would guess a half hour for the base trampoline and the rest spent on the enclosure. It's a good size though and the kids are loving jumping on it. It's big enough that grown-ups can jump on it too.

Less than 1 month after buying this product 1 one the poles snapped in half. The basketball goal is poorly made and also ripped off shortly after purchasing, it cannot without outdoor conditions. Dont recommend/

We bought this for a Christmas present for our kids and built in in March. It only lasted a month before the metal frame bent and I cannot seem to get ahold of the company to use the warranty .

I loved the price, but the trampoline was purchased in October 2019 and here it is May 2020 it is sagging, the springs have been replaced, but my grandchildren can not jump on due to the sagging.

I've put together multiple trampolines and this one is BY FAR the most difficult to assemble. There are so many parts and pieces to it! None of the holes are lining up as shown in the instructions and the enclosure is now back in the box because the parts do not fit as shown. There is no way to attach the enclosure as the parts do not match up to where they are supposed to go. I've spent over an hour trying to figure out some way to make it work with no success. SO disappointing. Now I will have to disassemble everything I managed to get put together so that I can return the whole thing.

Just opened to put together for Easter. Trampoline came missing a spring, contacted the company not sure if they are working right now due to the virus but I'm not satisfied. Even thou my children can jump on it with one missing spring I still desire what I paid for !
