Good but missing/messed up parts
Good product. My son loves it. Only downfall is we were short one spring in the box and the cover that goes over the springs had a hole in the wrong spot. There is holes in the cover where the poles go through for the net and 2 of the holes are opposite so the cover doesn't fit right on that side. So in the pictures the one where you can see my fingers go through should be where the pole is in the second picture. It just happened to be made wrong on those two spots so now the cover doesn't go down all the way where the pole is. How would I go about getting another spring?!?!

Poor packaging -missing/wrong parts
Displeased with the product as it was poorly packed and missing pieces. Where there was supposed to be six right legs and six left legs there were two left legs and 10 right legs.

Great Value
The box is heavy. The FedEx driver literally left it at the end of my driveway so be aware of that. It took about 3 hours to assemble. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Not satisfied At All
Anxious to put together for the holiday Only to find I was missing Parts My son compromised by using some of the new parts to our old trampoline. This makes it difficult to order again. Now Im stuck with a $358 bill for a few parts
