Very easy to set up and a one person job! Great for little ones and big ones. Santa came a couple weeks early. The girls face was priceless!Wonderful trampoline in regards to safety, price, and size. Definitely recommend this trampoline. There is a small spot on trampoline webbing that looks different from the rest so we are gonna keep an eye on it but don't expect it to be an issue. It took about an 1.5 hours to assemble with 2 people. Great trampoline for the price, so far has held up. Have had now for 6 months and it's just as nice.

Purchased on sale at Christmas for an April birthday and it was missing 3 springs and the electron shooter game didn't function at all (which was a large factor in purchasing this particular trampoline). Cons 1) Electron shooter not working and I bought a ton of specific batteries for the hand piece. 2) Missing 3 springs, had to buy 20 pk to get the 3 springs. Pros 1) Safety net is perfect. 2) Sturdy build at a great price.

Nothing like buying your kids a trampoline for Christmas and when it's finally nice enough outside to set it up you're missing half the parts. I now have 3 p'd off toddlers. Missing 6 of the 12 top support arms.

My kids are very upset. We had gotten this trampoline for them from Santa and evidently Santa can't count. We were missing 4 Ts to put it up. Now they think Santa doesn't like them enough to send all of ther gift. I don't know what we are going to do with a trampoline that they can no use. I think they are loosing faith in Santa which is very sad.

Extremely poor quality. We put together this trampoline and all the metal poles started to bend and fold up. The metal hooks on the trampoline also bent and broke. Very unsafe and we be returning. Disappointed that we set this up on Christmas Day only to have to take down and repackage.

Absolutely horrible! Bought for my granddaughter in a different state for Christmas was delivered with parts missing a new trampoline was delivered still parts missing from 2nd one! Had to piece 2 trampolines together to make 1 and the net enclosure was never delivered! Horrible customer service they were NO help trying to figure out why it was so difficult to deliver 1 COMPLETE trampoline..

Missing pieces, no way to get them recovered. Had to go back and buy more and unable to allow my children on for a few extra days due to being unable to put it together.

the worse service ever. FEDE X dompted the boxes on my steps and under the rain. Not to mentioned the box was destroyed and all the items dispersed over the floor.
