This ladder has already yielded a return on investment. It was purchased for my husband for Xmas. The usage of it has been consistent as of late. It is a delight to store, and it is perfect for RVs. It was utilized by our RV mobile service person, and he fell in love with it.

The fact that this ladder is so sturdy came as a complete surprise to me. It weighs a lot more than I anticipated it would. Because I am able to carry it on my own, it is not a problem. In addition to being sturdy, it is a ladder that is quite small. Utilizing it and putting it away is a breeze. It comes highly recommended from me.

This was a great find until I started using it. It didn't take long for the stainless steel to start rusting; it was stored in my livingroom and not outside in any dampness. While sturdy when I received it, within a few weeks, used four times, the plastic parts, the locking mechanism started failing. It became difficult to extend and retract the ladder. It became a bit flimsy, not as sturdy as when first used. Disappointing product. Is there anything American-made anymore?

was too heavy. thought I was getting aluminum instead of steel. Oh well, it is probably alot safer!
