My husband and I use this product to protect the floor under the Bowflex Max Trainer. However, it is quite expensive - it is just a regular mat.
Not a good experience. The boxes were beat up when this arrived. I checked and it did have all the parts although they looked to be haphazardly repacked. I went ahead and assembled since all the parts were there. However, when I attempted to use it the bowflex made clunking sounds and the main unit was obviously damaged when it shipped. I called support and got sent to the warranty department. They reviewed the video and images I sent them and admitted there was an issue, but would not send a replacement unit as is their policy to send a tech to fix it. However, the parts are on back order for almost 2 months. When I pressed them about sending me a replacement they stated it's not their policy even though the unit was damaged upon arrival. I am therefore sending it back because if I have to wait two months for a tech that puts me past the return date and if that doesn't fix it I'm stuck with a broken unit. This is a terrible policy IMHO and I am never buying anything from bowflex again as a result of this. This is the way you lose customers.
My Bowflex M6 Elliptical's main electronic consul broke after very light use. I called last November to replace the part as it was in warranty. They explained Bowflex went bankrupt and the company that bought them out is not supplying replacement parts anymore if they didn't have them already in stock. They are still selling the M6 product for new sales to make money but will not supply any of those parts to fix broken machines under warranty. I thought Bowflex was a quality company - don't let this happen to you! The reviews on th eBowflex website are "cleaned up" by the company. This is the worst treamill I have ever used. Takes to log to log in and need a password every time? Just want to exercise not deal with programs etc..
I have the treadmill. It is an incredible machine. However, the whole point of a machine is to be able to use it. I live now in Rural, North Carolina, where Wi-Fi is not dependable. And so there are days that my machine will not even turn on. So what is the point in spending all this money for the best equipment, and I do believe it is the best equipment, but I can't use it. Wi-Fi overrides my ability to do a work out. So then, due to the Spectre, it defeats the purpose. It doesn't allow you to be consistent. And there's no way to override it. So if your Wi-Fi is out, you're out of work out. If it's snow, raining, or if there's an outage you're out of luck. Who thought of that? There should be a way to override. Such a shame great piece of equipment dumb. Dumb access.
I purchased not 1 but 2 treadmills directly from Bowflex, paid for extended warranty on both, and now when it's time to honor the warranty, Bowflex/Johnson Health Tech North America left me high and dry, because I couldn't find the receipt. Thankfully, I was able to contact the warranty company who were amazing, and they'll be fixing my treadmill for me.
Got this mat to go under my treadmill. As soon as we set the treadmill down on the mat, the treadmill tore the mat. Also, a corner has already torn off the mat within a month of owning it.
I paid a hefty price and it is one of rubbish cross trainer I got. Please dont waste your money. I was very happy with my old cheap cross trainer.
worst mat ever, ripped on first use.
I received this free with the purchase of my M7 max trainer. It was so cheap it ripped as I was sliding my machine over it.
