Bowflex Extreme 2 SE Home Gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid home gym. Cable system takes a little getting used to but love this as a compliment to my Smith Machine and free weights. Great price and easy to put together.

My wife and I are 62 and 58. This i s perfect for us. Quick, no need to drive to gym, shower before or have particular clothing etc. Arrive from home and "Voilà"!!! Workout at your fingertips. And the space needed for the machine and workout is minimal. Should've gotten one a long time ago.

We are extremely happy with our BowFlex machine. It's easy to use and quiet, but most of all, it's effective. We are working out several times a week because it's so convenient and makes us feel so good. It was a little bit difficult to build and we needed the help of some online instructions to thread the cables properly. Nothing that would deter us from purchasing it again, however.

As someone that has very limited time to spend traveling back and forth to a gym (live in very rural area) this has been a great investment for me. I love the versatility of my Bowflex as well as the ability to add upgrades. It was simple to assemble and began using immediately with no trouble at all. It takes up very little space and I am able to switch out accessories or change up my routine in a few seconds. I'm a 45 yr old dad that has decided to re-enter the world of dating and I already see a huge difference in my physical appearance which is also great for building confidence. I was on the fence for years on whether or not to buy a Bowflex, and regret not making the decision to purchase much sooner.

I would pay for the setup so that you can have it done right and done quickly. I read the online reviews about the tedious setup so I paid for the fee from the start. The learning curve is small and nearly anyone can figure this out with the quick connect feature of the Extreme 2SE. You should probably upgrade to the 310 or 410 rods so you have enough resistance, but the 210 that it comes with is enough to get started.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Extreme gym is exactly what I was hoping for as I compared to other products. Moving from exercise to exercise is simple and quick. I like the idea of not having heavy weights to maneuver as I most often exercise alone. Great product.

The set up was hard due to the lack of tools that it came with to assemble the device. Now since it's been set up it's been a great asset to my daily workout routine and new routines at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I ordered it with white glove service(assembly) however after a month no bow flex. The accessories arrived within two days. Then on top of it I get a bill for a nonexistent bow flex. The freight company has called me three times to inform me that they are trying to find me a crew to assemble my nonexistent bow flex.
