Bowflex Extreme 2 SE Home Gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid home gym. Cable system takes a little getting used to but love this as a compliment to my Smith Machine and free weights. Great price and easy to put together.

My wife and I are 62 and 58. This i s perfect for us. Quick, no need to drive to gym, shower before or have particular clothing etc. Arrive from home and "Voilà"!!! Workout at your fingertips. And the space needed for the machine and workout is minimal. Should've gotten one a long time ago.

What an amazing machine! I am a permanently disabled combat veteran with multiple injuries throughout my entire body. My body weight was getting out of control and my muscle build was deteriorating at an alarming rate. Between all the medications and the constant pain, I was spiraling down the rabbit hole. I got myself together and made a pact with my wife to not "give up" on our bodies just yet. I'm glad to say it's working! My weight is going down and my muscle structure is coming back to the form it was before I was injured! My wife is looking incredible and is now wearing clothes she hasn't worn in 7 years! My son is now joining in for a piece of the action as he is aspiring to be a soldier later this year. Thank you bowflex, they told me I was permanently disabled, you helped me become Enabled!

So far all things are great about it. Had gastric bypass little over a year ago down little over 100lbs needed to start building muscle. Between going to college in mornings and working in evening every day I had no time for gym. This way I wake up at 5am and my gym is there. Great way to get my day started is loving myself by putting my health and fitness first. Absolutely loving it!!!

The set up was hard due to the lack of tools that it came with to assemble the device. Now since it's been set up it's been a great asset to my daily workout routine and new routines at the same time.

I have used Bowflex for more than 20 years and I love the products. This particular model is an upgrade from the one I had for 20 years. My only issue is the seat. It's not comfortable for certain exercises so I put a zafu yoga cushion on it which makes it flatter and more comfortable.

Although it took a little longer to assemble than expected, it went smoothly. I love the convenience of having it in my home and work out 5 times a week. I'm starting with higher reps and lower weights to get better range of motion, but am seeing good results already, and it's only been two weeks. Knees not hurting as much is a huge benefit, and I'm noticing a gain in strength as well. So many different exercises makes a full body workout much easier. Love the Bowflex!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I ordered it with white glove service(assembly) however after a month no bow flex. The accessories arrived within two days. Then on top of it I get a bill for a nonexistent bow flex. The freight company has called me three times to inform me that they are trying to find me a crew to assemble my nonexistent bow flex.
