I used this to replace one old and one broken 50lb rod. I didn't see where I could buy just one, but I won't have done that anyway because I didn't want to have uneven resistance from one side to the other. The rods were easy to install. They included bottom screws. The caps were pre installed. I may have misread the description, but I thought these were supposed to come with the bottom to slide onto existing stack, but the set I ordered did not include that.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this a couple times a week when I can. Bought it to help build back some muscle and loose a little weight. I have had one issue with this product and it is with one of the 30lbs power rods, I think it lost some of its elasticity. I say that because the other 30lbs power rod has all its strength. I guess what I'm saying is that after less than a month of having this system one 30lbs power rod doesn't feel like 30 lbs. I just add a 10lbs power rod to it and then it feels normal.
I've had my bowflex for approximately 11 years. It gets used every year but the rods don't last very long and I've learned something. I have a brand new set and they do not resist out at 50 pounds resistant as you people say they rate out at about 30 pounds. I used a digital luggage scale to test what they are. 30s test out about 18 pounds the tens about 7 pounds and fives they're not even worth discuss.
The first set of add-on rods for the Blaze requires removing the power rod block, which is a bit of a pain when already installed on the built up machine (screw access from below, interior screw needs stubby screwdriver). Immediately noticed that one of the rod's rubber sleeve was a bit short, so had to manually stretch/pull the sleeve down so that none of the white rod showed when mounted to the block. Hasn't "shrunken" back up so likely just a lazy install of the sleeve and not a too short sleeve. Overall flex seems to match the 50lb rods out of the Blaze box. Useful to have for bench press and squats.
I love the fact that it is more compact but very sturdy. Great price for what you get. Much more convenient than going to a gym. Cons: cables twist at random which could cause injury and mine was set up by a professional. Make sure to get the extra weights. Wish they would have made the top sturdy enough for a chin up bar.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instead of phillips screws (used on all original rods), the rods come with tiny hexs to screw in. Didn't have such a small hex so used my own screws. Also very difficult to unscrew the rod block because it's so close to ground and getting to release screws is tough. Must put someone under the structure to raise it up.

$145 total including shipping is a ripoff for these 2 rods. It says it's 100 lbs of resistance but I would say it's closer to 50-60lbs. It definitely made it better if you can normally bench over 200 real pounds. It helps but should cost about $50 bucks
The equipment (Revolution) definitely a dated design that is huge, heavy and takes hours and hours to build. Also not the best for folding away. I can overlook all that because the machine can help me achieve my goals. Now it's been broken for nearly 2 weeks and the repair company GoFigure claims they are coming and never show up. Or they send a guy who can't work on this specific piece of equipment. Think long and hard before making this purchase. I thought I did but apparently not enough.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Customer Service is horrible. I bought this with the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE and although I ordered assembly, I immediately canceled it. I have yet to get the refund and have had to go round and round in communications. I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I do NOT recommend this company.
