since I haven't used it more than once, all I can say is it seems to be very well made, it's a beautiful color, and it does exactly what I wanted to do, it holds the ball and it rotates easily so you can find your finger holes

Sturdy and easy to move ball in any direction without the finger holes getting stuck in the rollers. Was able to clean, sand and polish with great ease.

I have used this to rest a bowling ball on for sanding, as well as to place my spare ball on while at league and tournaments. The ball rotates 360 degrees in all ways, and seems to be built well. Looks neat too.

The first bowling ball cup that I received was not glued together properly. The bearings were glued in sideways literally and one was falling out. The company was very good at getting me a replacement. The replacement works as expected. In the end i waited nearly a month to receive a working bowling ball cup because the first shipment took 2 weeks then 2nd shipment were shipped ground cross country. This company stood behind their product however I had to wait way too long to get a working ball cup.
