Great heavy duty light.
Heavy duty light. This puts out a lot of light and is large size. After using just twice, I noticed improved energy and attitude. I use it an hour a day and would recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of indoor time.

If. You know someone who is suffering from depression this is an excellent therepy light. This has made a huge difference for seasonal depression or long term depression, along with other care available. One of the best gifts I've ever given!

Simple and very bright. Feels sturdy. It takes up very little space on a table and is easy to stash when not using. I've used it several times so far; I'd recommend it.

Super bright and does the trick. Little awkward tripod like stand, but I have no real complaints.

Small screen, inconvenient to use for full effect.
It's rather small. And because of this, it only works effectively at a range of 14 inches. Do I have to keep my face 14 inches from this screen for 30 minutes to achieve a significant result in the winter? If so, I'm not sure it's very convenient to use.

Compact and effective therapy light
I like the compact shape of this therapy light! It doesn't have to be adjusted. My last light broke because the housing containing the adjustment feature wasn't strong enough to hold up the screen. You don't have to worry about that problem with the Boxelite. The UV light is as strong as others I've owned.
