Boy and Girl Reading Together Statue

This gift was a memorial gift for my sister, who recently lost her husband to cancer. One of the things they did together for 40 years was teaching 3-year-olds in Sunday School. It was a perfect gift for her and now sits in her flower garden (but will be indoors for winter), where she can see it from her window. Great product and service. Thank you! I love reading and writing, so statues where someone is reading appeals. Love the boy and girl and the brass and copper like painting. I have a fairy like that too and I wanted to find something else that had that kind of detail. They are perfect on a verdigris plant stand where they are hiding an ugly light fixture in the rock pillar and adding to the whimsical feel of the fountain next to it.

This was better than I thought it would be. I am ready to add to my collection. Now I have to wait until spring to but it in my garden.

Reading has been my favorite past time since I was in the 4th grade. I've enjoyed sharing my books and recommendations and always encourage children to read. This statue is a physical reflection of the joy reading has brought me.

Redesigning my backyard and chose this artist both because of the quality and detail of his/her work and the price. The color of the item however is much darker than the picture. But I appreciate the darker color. A beautiful quality piece of art.

I love this statue. It's even better than I thought it would be. Lovely finish and a good weight. Reminds me of my grandchildren. Looks great under my tree.

It's a beautiful piece with much meaning to me because of my two children. Only thing I wish was that it wasn't as dark as it is. The photo to the left depicts it being much lighter.

I was a little disappointed when I received this statue. It is smaller than expected and very dark, almost like a dark green. If it was bigger and brighter I would have loved it. It just gets lost in my in garden!

The "Alpine Girl and Boy Reading Together", statue is it was poorly made and so dark it was hard to see details. It looked nothing like the picture. Don't waste your money I buy it from PlumStruck throughout Walmart and want to return. I wiled up to pay both Way shipping on the item that poorly made. Never want to do business with this company again. Very disappointed.
