Impeccable packing for this microphone. I love the built in sound card. Great audio recording with lighting effects! Who knew! 😀 The noise canceling is sweet I use it with my gaming computer, but you can use your smart phone, or tablet. Perfect for voice chat, creating content and live streaming. Quality is 10/10 built to last fun to use. Getting 3 more for Christmas gifts is in my future. I reccomend. Boya we love you!
The G-40 is a great mic for the tier. It's no SM7 or SM7b but those cost 400 dollars and this is still a great quality mic per dollar value and it has some great features you won't even see at the higher price bracket. Its plug and play capabilities make this mic very versatile. No drivers to download. No software to install. Every function is built in and easily accessible via physical knobs and a remarkably responsive touch interface built into the top and back of the chassis. It's a very intuitive design without the clutter of screens and menus. I use it as my primary mic on my ps5 and for voice chat on PC. It's great for recording song ideas in a noisy room and it's built in/toggled environmental noise suppression does a great job without choking the life out of range. I use it right next to a running ac and it is sensitive enough to filter out the ac and pick up my voice at a natural volume. Great for streaming. The onboard dsp does a great job and it's 24bit/192khz sounds crystal clear and delivers a premium audio experience. The removable magnetic pop filter is effective at removing sibilants. The led indicator is simple and effective. With colors to let you know how you're connected. Blue is connected, green is active noise cancellation enabled and red is muted. There are also built in rgb led effects that you can cycle through with the touch of a finger or shut off completely with a long press. All in all this a great mic at a great price.
