Boyd Sleep Adjustable Memory Foam Wedge Pillow with Zip-Off Cover - Cooling Gel Foam

I don't typically write reviews, but this felt worth mentioning. I have asthma, and during a significant flare I fractured a rib from coughing, so lying down wasn't really an option—I was mostly trying to rest upright and not getting much sleep. I came across the Boyd Sleep Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow and decided to try it. It proved to be more useful than I expected. The adjustability allowed me to find a position where I could breathe more comfortably without aggravating the rib, and I was finally able to rest. It's well-made, maintains its structure, and does what it's designed to do. Nothing excessive—just a product that was genuinely supportive at a time when it mattered.

I was so glad to find this wedge pillow, as I wasn't sure what height would be right for me. This wedge comes with an option of 7 or 10 inch height - just remove a piece from the middle (very easy to do) to make it 7 inches. The 7-inch height is perfect! I also like that it is wider than most others because I don't feel like I will roll off it during the night. I'm sleeping so much better now! I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This pillow was purchased for my grandmother who suffered a lumbar fracture in a car accident. Once she received the pillow, she was able to sleep in her bed again instead of a recliner! She loves that she can take some of the comfortable microfiber pieces out to adjust the height and I love that it arrived a lot earlier than planned!

we bought if for my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! she loves the width of the pillow and the different height adjustment options. she had tried many wedge pillows with no success until now. the pillow is definitely worth the money!

I purchased this wedge pillow for home use following discharge from the hospital. It is the perfect length, width and height and I was able to use i with a rollaway bed in lieu of renting a hospital bed. It's also height adjustable so I can lowe it as my muscles heal. Well worth the money!

The price is good, the wedge arrived on time, it inflated withing a couple of hours. There was a slight odor, but after a week it completely vanished. Very helpful for a sore neck and shoulder, was able to sleep on my back. Including a second cover would be nice.

My doctor told me to get blocks to raise the head of my bed. I read reviews on many and almost every one gave good reviews in the beginning but the blocks usually broke and dumped some people out of bed. Not being a spring chicken and after hip replacement, I didn't want to take that chance and decided to try the pillow wedge. What a great night's sleep I have been getting! The pillow something Mrs slides towards the edge of the bed but it, nor I, have ever fallen off and hit the floor.

Pillow is comfortable and I like the removable insert. However, the insert needs to be 4-5 inches instead of 3. Down sizing to 7 inches is really not enough.

What makes this adjustable is that there are four sections of foam inside the cover. You simply remove how many sections you want to create the desired height. The problem for me is it is very difficult to pull them out of the case. It would be better if the zipper were longer. Also I found it to be too firm to sleep on. I need to use a flat pillow with it. A positive note is that it did help me to breathe better and definitely helped with my acid reflux.

Didn't open huge box so not sure how good pillow is. Since Walmart didn't provide dimensions I found them on home depot afterwards. 25" wide, 10" high, 24" length which is way bigger than I was looking for.
