I have severe back and neck issues I've purchased 2 brand new mattresses within the last year and neither helped but this contraption has literally saved my life, my back, and my neck! My quality of life was suffering so bad from the pain but once I purchased this along w a blow up pillow that doesn't allow my head to sink at all I started healing! I am now moving around and feeling better than I have in over 5 years. It's like a new lease on life. I have literally cried. I don't think ppl realize how important sleep posture is or the fact that the best support comes from air vs springs or foam! I cannot recommend this item enough I don't think I've ever written a review this long that's how serious I am!

I used to have a select comfort mattress, and when I had to move, I had to change from a king size for a queen I bought a brand new mattress and boxspring quite expensive and it was firm and it is too hard. I've tried everything I've tried memory foam regular foam and nothing helped until I got this. This topper is absolutely wonderful. It feels just like my select comfort did it takes all my sore spots and gives them a place to go and it is very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has issues with getting sore spots or places that hurt when they lay on it thank you.

This adjustable air topper is very comfortable however, I'm nervous whether or not he'll hold up after continued to use we shall see.

Bought for numbness when waking up. Still evaluating but the sleep on night one was a vast improvement.

Not a fan of memory foam, it compresses too much and is too dense and hard. Love this regular foam much better!

When your mattress is just not as comfortable as you'd like - try adding an air mattress topper. It was my answer to the ultimate comfort…. Remember you can add or release firmness with the included pump.

This was purchased to help improve an older mattress in a vacation rental. It did help to make it firmer but it had this annoying loud crinkle noise whenever you changed sleeping position. The overall size was a bit larger than the queen mattress it was on. We also added a 1” foam mattress topper only helped a little. The concept was good but the mattress material is the issue.

be 100 percent sure you want it. There is no disclosure in the description but Walmart will not let you return it. I opened the box to look at it and see thr fitment qnd realized right away that the sueface would be noisy to sleep on. i out it right back in the box and Walmart would only exchage it. Why would I want to exchange it?
