They're crochet hooks. I've crocheted with plastic, bamboo, wooden, aluminum, and steel. I can crochet with anything. These hooks are just fine for the Afghan I am making.

Great crochet hook
I like the metal knitting needle. The yarn slides nicely over and it hooks the yarn well. It is easy to hold and is a good price

Crochet hook
I ordered a size 4mm crochet hook and received a size 10 mm crochet hook. Since I had to go to Prestonsburg anyway, I did the exchange at that store.
