Had this camera install at Ford dealership in Elma, NY. After 13 months, the presentation on the rear view mirror is lack of vertical hold. Once in a while I get a picture. A real disappointment. I owned a 2009 Toyota Tacoma with a factory installed camera in the tailgate that I did not use until two years ago. It worked perfectly. I am unsure whether a wire got crushed in the installation or what but the camera is useless now. You get used to having a backup camera. When it dies, its a real drag. Dealership charged me a lot of money for this option too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
