Customer service won't follow up. Terrible quality
Ordered two shirts from this company. The first one was fine. Second one was awful. You can see in the pictures how there was green all over the Stitch design. Contacted customer service via email (this is a third party retailer - this is not a Wal Mart product) They responded within 24 hours which was appreciated. They talked like they were gonna make it right. They requested pictures of the problem. Sent them the same pictures that I'm sharing on this review. Heard nothing back for weeks. Emailed them asking for a status update. Heard nothing back after 24 hours. Emailed them again to say that I am giving up and to enjoy the terrible review. Gave them DAYS to respond and I got nothing. I felt I was more than patient. I hate being petty, but Im sharing to help others avoid this retailer.
