Boys Zip-Up Fleece Hoodies Sweater Jacket

my son just wanted a very very plain basic hoodie, nothing fancy and no fur lining for those in between days. He is always leaving hoodies somewhere for forgetting them at school or where wherever so I didn't want to break the bank. This was fine. The fabric is not the greatest, but it's fine. Hard to find nice cotton these days but this will do the trick get washed easily. The zipper works fine perfect for my 15-year-old when he needs to cover up.

It feels so soft and warm.

It's crappy material. Looks ok but very cheap and you know it won't last. Everything is polyester now. Sucks.

I was a little disappointed. I especially ordered this item because it had ties for the hood. When received it did not have any ties, it was a gift for my grandson, and we had chosen this particular hoodie for that reason.

The store would not let me return it even with computer purchase order.

Wrong size

not what i wanted. this is not a fleece hoodie. this is a regular hoodie without the fleece interior. i haven't heard back from the company. I want to get refunded. What is the return policy.
