Boytone BT-28SPB, Bluetooth Record Player Turntable with AM/FM Radio, Cassette Player, CD Player

I gave it a overall 5 stars mainly because my mother loves it. It is NOT a big unit. think half scale to the 1980s audio systems. But she hooked it up herself, put it right where she wanted in a small area of her room. the sound quality is really nice. It plays her CDs and albums, all the ones I grew up listening to as a kid, think James Taylor, Carol King, Elton Johns GBYBR. All sound gread, just like they did back then. 4 star on quality, I feel like it could be made out of better wood, but that just me, I had the old school rack Kenwood systems, you know all metal receivers, metal CD 5 disc changer, you know different materials. Other than that a great machine.

The quality of the stereo for the price point is great. The sound quality is good, although I wish there was a bit more bass. Overall, though, I love this system. It's smaller in size, so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It was easy to assemble. Highly recommend if you're just looking for a simple stereo system.

I read some unfavorable reviews on this product after my wife ordered it. However, after a quick delivery time, we unpacked the system and listened to some vinyl, listened to some cds and tuned in to some of our favorite radio stations and we were pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this product.

It's a decent unit for the price. The speakers aren't terrible but could be a lot better. We are going to buy speakers to hook up to the unit.

I liked that the item was shipped very fast. The electrical plug has a loose connection, so we wiggled it to work. Other than this, item is what we expected.

cd player only worked for about 2 weeks. speakers have no bass.

Did not play record, cassette or CD at proper speed. Got in contact with CostTag aka Boytone and have been VERY slow in replacing this defective unit as still have not received a replacement and this has been on going since the end of August!! They have extremely limited hours of contact, 11am - 4pm PST Mon-Friday only! If I had known the lack of tonal quality at the time of ordering, I would have chosen another product!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, Walmart you have done a disservice by handling this unit!

The term "Cheap" used to mean something. This system gives that pejorative a bad name. The pro: it works. I'll not waste your time listing every single con, so to sum up the bad, I'll just point out that this comes with a remote control that does not control the volume. Do not give your money away for this, just give it to the guy on the street corner, it will be money better spent. There must exist a better "cheap" sound system and I hope you find it. I will gladly trade you mine for a fast-food cheeseburger.
