I bought this product to use with sports bras Because sometimes they are just too thin. The product works as expected, but note there are three different sizes that you will receive. I found that works well because different styles fit differently so these will accommodate most of those instances. Obviously, you can also cut them if you prefer a certain size. The only real issue I've had is they move around a lot within the sports bra. So I am constantly making sure they are in the right location within the sports bra. This has been the only disadvantage thus far. So if that is an issue for you, I would not recommend these, but if it's an issue you can potentially live with at the price that these are sold for then I would recommend purchase.

I'd recommend them only if purchasers understand that there are three sets in each package but they're different sizes. Probably be more sensible to package them all the same size, i.e. choice of S, M or L. Some sort of adhesion would be nice too to prevent them from moving around. I'll make do with them but wouldn't purchase again.

These are like other inserts but with stitching around the edge. They're kind of stiff. What the description doesn't tell you is that you'll receive three different sizes. Which is great if that's what you're looking for, but I dont have a use for the large or small size. The medium size is the size of most removable pads and that's what I thought I was getting.
