The brace came timely, the 5 inch works so well for me, I love the extra padding over the hernia, I wear it when ever I need to do some heavy lifting, the brace makes me feel like the hernia will stay in place and I am not doing any harm to the hernia

Belt has worked well in providing support where needed. Belt is good quality and works as advertised. I needed a fit for 36” so opted for the larger size and believe this was the right choice.

The brace is somewhat helpful but I actually need one that is 3 to 4 inches tall in front; haven't been able to find such a device.

The 8" was too large and uncomfortable. I mailed the return item on 7/29. I have not received the 5" replacement as of 8/07. Please check if you received the return item.

Fit was what I expected true to size. Best hook and eye (Velcro) that I have ever used. Still too early to make a judgement as to durability and ability to last.

I didn't have an umbilical hernia so I didn't use the insert but I found the brace to be very helpful in soothing my abdominal discomfort as I recovered from having a large ovarian cyst removed from my abdomen. Thank you!

The stick on item is a bit small The belt is comfortable, except where the ends attach for adjustment, the velcro contact is small….belt is a bit too long
