Lives up to its Brand Name
Everyone knows that 'Brach's' is one of the first names in American candy (right up there with Hershey's, Russel Stover, Whitman's, and Nestlie's and has out-lived Fanny Farmer), and these candy canes do not disappoint! ...Take my word for it because - I know my candies!

I always and only buy Brach's Candy Canes! This brand doesn't skip on quality or taste. They're magnificent every time. Full of peppermint flavor, have a perfect snap when you break them, are perfect for use in recipes or decoration. (Hang them on the Christmas Tree for everyone to enjoy!) The price is great too!

An ornament of nostalgic looks and taste
I dont have a large tree but with the few ornaments/embellishments I do have, these candy canes brought back my memories of Christmas past. Just enough in the box to 'sprinkle' my tree with them. Couldnt resist eating one, and yes, they are as good as I remember.

Great value!
The CC's are terrific, no broken canes, and a great price per cane! I needed to buy 1,000 canes for an upcoming Christmas parade and these didn't break the budget. One downside - the plastic wrapping is difficult to take off of the CC, hopefully they solve that issue.

Best price, best free delivery, and fast
Hard to find at a reasonable price in grocery stores so tried internet. Walmart was best deal and delivered for free. It was delivered six hours after I ordered it and we live pretty rural. Very impressed with this service. The candy canes are obviously a known commodity but out of eight boxes we needed, not one candy cane was broken. Find that in a store for four times the price. Recommend.

HEY YOU - Brighten up your candy dish with these classic sweets! Toss a few on a plate of cookies. Toss a few into your coat pocket to be found later - to quiet a crying child or just a treat you find in your pocket on your commute. Just any reason is good to have these around! Carry on the tradition of Brachs swirl peppermint!!

Doubles as decor.
These are a truly loved part of Christmas at my home. I use them as decorations as well. I hang them on my tree. The kids love it. Plus, they sneak little treats till the gifts are opened and I pass them out. Such a sweet treat my nephew says the texture of this kind and brand is the best. Trust me he's an expert.

Not The Bob's Recipe!
I was under the impression that Brachs uses the old Bob's recipe now. While this peppermint candy is better than some, the immediate sensation when tasting it is of corn syrup. The first bite was enough to determine that these will be for decoration only.

Corn syrup as a sweetener negatively affects the flavor. IMHO there is a more serious safety issue: The wrappers on the individual is very tight and pretty much impossible to remove without cutting it with a sharp knife. I would NEVER GIVE these to children (and older people) because (IMHO) this is choking hazard. ---- The candy canes look fine, so I will use them as decorations.

Don't buy them from here
I ordered six different boxes of candy canes and they all came broken because Walmart shipped them in a thin plastic bag together. Six different representatives, including supervisors, have told me I would be getting a refund and then Walmart denies it. They can clearly see that they shipped them with no packaging, and they would obviously all be broken. I don't recommend buying from here.
