This is a very nice holder for my car. I love how easy it is to insert and remove the phone.Using a cup holder in my car does not block any vents or sit on the dashboard. The first one I bought was missing the part to tighten the ball connector so the phone doesn't flip over. Best Buy helped me exchange it for a complete one so all is good.

I wanted an alternative to sticking a phone older on the window or in a vent and this was perfect. It expanded to fit snuggly in the cup holder and kept my iPhone 14 ProMax in place.

4 stars only because there were no instructions in the package as to how to attach the top to the bottom. I was able to find the instructions by looking at comments on the Best Buy site.

After the cheap one I had fell apart. I bought this one and it works great. I am a delivery driver. I don't like the ones that are dashboard or windows mounted. This one is easy to reach.

Fits perfectly in any size cup holder and moves around, a great mount that doesn't fall, I wish I could extend it higher but that's the only thing that could improve, would recommend, I'm actually gonna get another one for our other car.

This is not a good unit for any Smart Phone. I had to remove my phone from my protective case that it lives in to use this because this unit would not support the weight. But when I put the phone, itself, in this unit, it slid out of the holder (this happened several times) and my phone went flying and almost went out the window. I do not recommend this phone. It does not hold your phone securely.

Apparently my cell phone does not weigh enough to keep the spring in the down position and every time I made a turn the phone goes flying. OrMaybe the Autogrip requires you phone to have a jacket cover.
