Owned previously but broke it accidentally by not following directions trying to remove it. Purchased another. I have one for myself and one my wife. Very functional and sturdy enough to hold different devices(cell phone, GPS, etc.). Being dash board vent mounted I have a concern about using the heater in winter months. I try to divert heat to other vents(floor) if I have anything mounted for a prolonged periods of time.

Not so good
The arms that hold my phone quit locking. It won't clamp anymore and now my phone just falls out. It didn't last very long at all.
