Braeburn 1020Nc Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat - White

I am SO HAPPY to have found this thermostat! I just moved into a brand-new apartment that had a Braeburn programmable thermostat installed. I have wasted countless hours over the last month fighting with the thermostat to even get it to go on at all, much less be the temperature I wanted - which was always short-lived. I watched numerous YouTube videos and followed their tips, to no avail. I also noticed numerous comments in the videos from other people who had the same struggles. My grandson offered to switch the thermostat out if I bought a "dumb thermostat." I found this one, purposely searching for another Braeburn brand, thinking that would be easier to fit into the current spot. That was a wise choice. This thermostat was plug 'n' play and just snapped right into the same spot as the old one, so it took less than two minutes to install, and it was up and running. I feel so happy and empowered now, with the peace of mind of knowing whether I want to adjust the temperature up or down by just one degree or five, it will not cost me 30 or 45 minutes of my life, standing there, resetting and pushing buttons over and over again, crossing my fingers, hoping it will come on, and sighing when it doesn't. I am free ... and oh-so-happy! This company is also very pleasant to deal with. There was a mix-up with another item I ordered (from another seller) in this same order, and that order kept getting screwed up every which way to Sunday. Somehow this innocent thermostat got dragged into the mix, and I sent an angry email about how frustrated I was that they couldn't get the order right. The HVAC folks responded quickly, in a very friendly, kind tone, letting me know they were just innocent bystanders and had nothing to do with my air mattress order. I appreciated that! Would highly recommend this thermostat and this seller. :)

It was very easy to install for my husband it's got bigger letters for us to see and the old one we had you had to program it.Thank god you don't have to program this one very easy to use.

Everything was as advertised. Haven't really tried it out on the steep banks, but i'm sure it's gonna work just what I needed

my daughter's thermostat went out and we bought the same kind that was previously installed and we watched a YouTube video on how to properly install the new thermostat and it was easy and it works perfect and its so easy to operate and we very happy with the end result.
