Have drunk ACV in bottled water for years and it works to support my health as I age (77) but the taste is problematic. I have noticed some weight loss since taking these as directed, and I'm not dieting. No stomach upset, and the sour taste is gone as soon as you swallow the capsule. Happy with this product.

I have tried drinking this vinegar in the past because of the benefits but could never stick to it because of how difficult the taste is. You could definitely smell the vinegar coming from the pills but I like the smell. You have to take 3 pills a day which isn't a problem for me. The benefits of regulating cholesterol and helping to burn fat is a plus. I haven't had any issues from taking them and I will continue to use these.
