Have been wearing these work boots as my everyday shoes for a few years now. I am pretty rough on them so I replace them about once a year or so but I they provide good protection and I have stepped on many a nail and screw and never had anything go through the boots.
I bought these for my son to use as a winter boot. He absolutely loves them and wants to keep wearing them all the time. I do believe you have found a life-long customer. The soles really give him a good grip(traction) on the ice and snow, not to mention that he says they don't weigh on his ankles after having them on for awhile. He suffered a very severe broken ankle when he was in high school, and he still had flare ups now and then from residual tendon and ligament damage. So for him to say that really means quite a lot on the quality of your product.
I bought these for my husband. He loves them! He has to have a wide size and says these fit like they were custom made for his feet. The toe box is nice and wide the overall fit of the boot is so comfortable. They offer good support and they look great too!
I've been buying these boots for 25 years now and they are a decent boot for the money. I have a wide foot and flat foot so these come in wide size 13 with arches that don't kill my feet. I like that they are water proof since I do get my shoes wet and never have gotten water soak thru the boot. I still wear the last pair I bought over 10 years ago and they are still holding up with no rips or tears or nothing coming apart, besides the outer soles are worn smooth now . The insoles on my old pair, have long flattened out too, but I'm going to put new insoles and use these for dirty kind of work that doesn't require a new out sole. The only thing I'm not too happy about is how the price jumped from what they used to cost. They didn't steadily increase in price, they shot up around $15, just as other things did since the plandemic. Yup, they were dirt cheap before, but still a good value for the money now, in my eyes, as I have a hard time finding wide boots, with flatter arches that are water proof, for a decent price.
these boots have been sold out for the longest time. they finally restocked them after almost a year or so. they were well worth the wait. they are the only boots that i like to wear and are very comfortable. the only thing i did to make them a little better was change out the insoles to dr scholls. i have long wide feet and the boots are a perfect fit
This is my second pair pf these. The first lasted five years. They fit well, don't bind or constrict. Not too heavy which is a problem for most work boots that seem to make your work day longer. I don't need steel toe so they are perfect for me. The steel toe boots are usually huge. This has a firm toe, so if you are not dropping industrial sized heavy stuff, you may be fine.
This is a great work boot for price. They fit well, support the foot and ankle, hold up to mud and rain and look good for a long time. They are called "waterproof" and I have tonsay, so far they really do keep my feet dry despite standing in water at the washing stand or walking thru puddles in the pasture. I find they are a better value than the fancy brand name boots that cost twice as much
i couldn't wait to receive theses boots after comparing the quality color and price i decided on brahma mens brovo water proff boots dark brown it was around Christmas so had them delivered at a hotel we were staying tracked them the hole time till they were delivered to the hotel instructions were to leave them at the front desk front desk said they didn't get anything delivered so i never got them which was so disappointing
Here's the thing, I didn't want to leave a review because I'm physically disabled and wear AFO's (ankle-foot orthotics or they could be called leg braces.). So, I'm not the typical customer I need my shoes to be able to fit my braces and the way I judge if I feel if its comfortable is very different from able bodied people. So, anyway, I used to buy these all the time and I forgot why I stopped buying. I switched to the Escott Brahmas. But, the Escotts were out of stock so I saw these and thought what the heck I'll try these again. Here's the issue! The toe part of the shoe is so stiff and hard it almost feels like it could be steel toe. So, I could barely get my foot and brace in and I was scared I was going to smush my toes and bruise them and that's specifically why I took them back.
Can't speak to the quality of the shoe as wrong size sent and Walmart won't make it right for the customer. Extremely disappointed. Ordered size 12 for my son. Size 12 labeled box sent, but contained size 10. Contacted customer service. Leaving for a mission trip in 3 days, and I was told new shoes would be here today. They were not. Contacted customer service again and was told the initial agent lied to me; can't ship the correct size shoes until the old ones are received. No flexibility on return policy. This despite it being Walmart's mistake and assured on Monday that the correct order would be here on Wednesday. Incredibly disappointed in poor customer service. Will now go purchase from Amazon, who has a much more flexible and cutomer-friendly return policy.
