I love all the products of Bulletproof! I've been taking Bulletproof Brain Octane every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Those are the days I exercise. First I do an hour and a half with my trainer( lifting weights) then from there I go to a zoom class for an hour and a half. The Zoom class in only on Mondays and Fridays.. I love my workouts and everything that Dave Asprey has given me has helped me tremendously! I have so much energy! I definitely recommend Brain Octane softgels to everyone!

I've only taken this product for a few weeks but so far I've noticed a decrease in migraines and an increase in stress tolerance.

I have been using this product for more than a year. I take my supplements at 4 intervals during the day. I use MCT oil in my morning coffee, so have an initial dose of the benefits. I use brain octane mid-morning, to amplify the MCT + caffeine. I find it effective in maintaining focus and concentration.

I enjoy these gels! The recommendation by bulletproof is to take these whenever you need a mental boost; however, I have read that it's not ideal to stay on caprylic acid long term because it can be a strong detoxifier on certain regimens. Maybe it depends on the individual.

I received an empty envelope, then when assured I would still receive my product, I received a bottle cap opener the second time. I'm over it!
