I purchased the H2 Boost for the first time and notice a shift in clarity, energy, and sound sleep. It does give my body a 'boost'! It is a solid choice. I highly recommend for anyone needing an increase in basic magnesium supplement.

The H2 Boost has be the perfect addition to my morning supplement routine. The best thing to do when you get up in the morning is hydrate the brain and body! It helps hydrate me before I exercise and I feel one of the benefits is that it keeps me a boost of increased energy and the effects have been truly noticeable for me!

This product is wonderful! I love being able to get hydrogen rich water so quickly. The tablet takes about 5 minutes to dissolve. And then you drink all of it quickly. Feels great after, feeling nice and hydrated. Drinking it all so quickly did take some getting used to. It wasn't easy at first so I found a way to drink it easily by taking my supplements with it. Other than that, it's been great and I feel nice and hydrated after.

I do like H2 boost! I put a couple of tablets in my 32oz water bottle before I go to work and I see the benefits of the supplement throughout the day. It makes me more calm and focused despite the stress of the job, I also like the taste of the water. If you're considering the purchase, I do recommend it.

I've been working hard to get my days started right and recently added this to my routine. It's a great way to help get the energy up. Especially, since I'm out the door super early every morning. This helps me get going to tackle the day. I will be interested to see if there is anything notable in my next blood work.

I'm postpartum and dealing with dehydration. I was finally able to rehydrate after adding this in to my a. m. water along with my minerals. My energy has also increased. I used a different brand but didn't experience the benefits as I did with this one.

You can definitely tell a difference in how you feel really quickly. It feels very hydrating. However, it tastes absolutely atrocious. It is elemental magnesium so it is sort of expected but I mean it really is not very good tasting at all. It does the job though.

I tried it for a couple of weeks (I'm still using the initial box up) and I can't detect any difference in any of the health characteristics the advertisement claimed.
