These tablets work perfectly and the hydrogen water is fabulous! Hydrogen is called a smart molecule bec it adjusts to give each cell what that cell specifically needs. Within 15 mins of drinking the hydrogen water, I had significantly less pain and that was wonderful! Hydrogen water also acts as a detoxifier and on the 2nd day and 3rd days of taking it, I felt tired and was urinating a LOT more--both of which are detox signs. As of the 5th day, I lost a pound (toxins get stored in fat cells, so when we get rid of some toxins, we may lose weight!) and have noticed the small muffin top I have had (abdominal fat section) getting smaller! It is great quality! I am a chef, my work requires focus. And H2 have been my wonderful suport in my performance. I don't mind the taste, it is a bit charcoaly, then again it is a normal taste for me since I burst my teeth with active charcoal. The size is very convenient. The package is very efficient. I love sports! It benefits me with hydration and electrolyte my body during my paragliding flight, hiking, and swimming training.

You can definitely tell a difference in how you feel really quickly. It feels very hydrating. However, it tastes absolutely atrocious. It is elemental magnesium so it is sort of expected but I mean it really is not very good tasting at all. It does the job though.
